Chapter 1: Personal Information Protection Policy
ONE ROOF ALLIANCE (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that appropriately handling personal information is a social responsibility in the course of conducting business operations. To fulfill this responsibility, the Company has established the following Personal Information Protection Policy, created a management system for safeguarding personal information, and strives to ensure responsible corporate practices.
Article 1: Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
The Company will obtain personal information after clarifying the purpose of use and will use such information only within the scope necessary to achieve that purpose.
Article 2: Management and Protection of Personal Information
The Company endeavors to implement appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information under its control and will promptly take corrective action should any issues arise. Except with the prior consent of the user or business partner, the Company will not, in principle, disclose or provide data to third parties.
Article 3: Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company complies with applicable laws, government guidelines, and other standards concerning the handling of personal information under its control.
Article 4: Response to Inquiries and Complaints
The Company will promptly respond to inquiries or complaints regarding personal information under its management.

The Company will continuously improve its management systems and mechanisms concerning the protection of personal information.
Chapter 2: Handling of Personal Information
Article 1: Purpose
This Personal Information Handling Policy is established to ensure the security of personal information obtained through the information media “Tamago Daruma” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) planned and operated by the Company.
Article 2: Definition
“Personal information” refers to information relating to an individual user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users,” including individual customers, business partners, employees, and all other individuals). This includes information such as address, name, phone number, and email address, as well as text, images, and audio that can identify a specific individual. Even if a single piece of information cannot identify a person on its own, if it can easily be matched with other information to identify an individual, it is also considered personal information.

Article 4: Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company shall establish the following purposes of use for personal information and will obtain and use personal information only within the scope necessary to achieve such purposes. If the Company must obtain or use personal information for purposes outside those listed below, it will notify the User and obtain their consent beforehand.
The purposes of use of personal information are as follows:
- Personal authentication necessary for the Company to provide services to Users
- Provision of information to client companies and others using the Company’s services, based on User consent
- Recruitment of monitors or interview subjects for article creation, handling applications, and contacting selected participants
- Distribution of targeted advertisements using behavioral data, gender data, access history within the Service and contracted services, within a scope that does not identify individuals
- Creation and use of statistical information regarding the Service within a scope that does not identify individuals
- Provision of information as marketing materials to companies listed on the Service, partners, or other third parties, within a scope that does not identify individuals
- Providing information about surveys, campaigns, handling applications, contacting winners, and sending gifts
- Providing information about the Company’s services and sending related materials
- Responding to inquiries, consultations, complaints, and resolving disputes related to service provision
- Improvement, troubleshooting, and development of services
- Other operations necessary to carry out tasks related or incidental to the above
Article 5: Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the User’s consent. However, personal information may be provided without consent in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and obtaining the User’s consent is difficult
- When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and obtaining consent is difficult
- When cooperation with national or local government authorities or contractors thereof is required for executing legally mandated duties, and obtaining consent may impede the execution of such duties
- When disclosure is requested by courts, public prosecutors, police, bar associations, consumer centers, or similar institutions
- When a User explicitly requests disclosure or provision of their personal information to a third party
- When entrusting all or part of personal information handling to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to merger or other reasons
- When the Company determines that the provision falls within legitimate business purposes and does not infringe on User interests
Article 6: Disclaimer
The Company shall bear no responsibility in the following cases in relation to the acquisition of personal information by third parties:
- When the User voluntarily discloses personal information to a third party
- When an individual is identified based on information entered by the User or any other individual within the Service
- When the User provides personal information on external sites linked from the Service or when such information is used by third parties
- When someone other than the User obtains information that can identify the User (ID, password, etc.)
Article 7: Management of Personal Information by Third-Party Client Companies
Personal information provided to third parties with User consent will be managed under the responsibility of the respective recipient.
Article 8: Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information
The Company may outsource all or part of its personal information handling within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Company will select appropriate contractors and supervise them to ensure the safe management of personal information.
Article 9: Accuracy of Personal Information
The Company will endeavor to process the personal information provided accurately. However, Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
Article 10: Disclosure of Personal Information Subject to Disclosure
The Company handles requests for disclosure (notification of purpose of use, disclosure of personal information or third-party provision records, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision) as follows:

Users may request notification of the purpose of use or disclosure of personal information or third-party provision records in accordance with the procedures below, within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act. Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information according to the procedures below. The Company will promptly investigate and make corrections, additions, or deletions within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act. - Suspension of Use or Suspension of Third-Party Provision
Users may request suspension of use or suspension of third-party provision. The Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. - Procedures and Fees
When requesting disclosure, Users must complete the Company-designated request form (1 below), attach identification documents (2 below), and mail them to the address specified (3 below).
For notification of purpose of use and disclosure of personal information or third-party provision records, a fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged. Please transfer the fee to the bank account specified on the request form. The fee is required even when disclosure is not granted or the purpose of use cannot be notified.- 1. Request Form

Please note that suspension or deletion of personal information may result in the inability to use certain services currently being provided. Personal information no longer required for service provision will be disposed of in accordance with Company policy.
Article 11: Acquisition of Personal Information Through Methods Not Easily Recognized by Users
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability, gather statistical access information, and optimize advertising effectiveness. However, these technologies do not collect personal information that the User has not entered. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, but doing so may restrict functions such as login.
Article 12: Changes to the Personal Information Handling Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, the Company may modify this Personal Information Handling Policy at any time.
